1) IT END-USER SUPPORT ENGINEER (REF:MATE-1)

Requirement:
HKCEE graduated or above, must be passed in English and Chinese
At least 1 years IT end-user support experience
General knowledge in WINSERVER/Ms Exchange/PC/ Printer/ Scanner hardware is a must
Holder of MCP, MCSE and/ or CCNA would be an advantage
Work independent, initiative and analytical mindset

Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support services and prompt solutions to IT end-user
Communicate & co-ordinate with relevant parties for IT end-user support services
Provide relevant reports to both end-user and support information for management review.

2) SALES EXECUTIVE - SYSTEMS INTEGRATION (REF: STSI-1)

Requirement: 
High Diploma or Degree holder 
At least 1 year sales experience in Information Technology or Telecom
Holder of MCP, MCSE, CCNA, PMP would be an advantage
Excellent selling, interpersonal and good communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Mature, aggressive and initiative
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target
